The Data Controller ensures compliance with the privacy legislation pursuant to the European Regulation for the protection of personal data n. 679/2016 (GDPR, “General Data Protection Regulation”) and subsequent amendments.
PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING
The data processing connected to the web services of the site www.dreamonwedding.it, takes place at the company headquarters in Marsciano, by the Data Controller and are handled only by the technical staff of the Office in charge of processing, or by any persons in charge of occasional maintenance operations. No data deriving from the web service is communicated or disseminated (Article 90 GDPR). The personal data provided by Users who submit requests for the sending of informative material are used only to perform the service or provision requested and are disclosed to third parties only if this is necessary for this purpose (Article 3 of the GDPR).
WHAT IS MEANT BY PERSONAL DATA AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The processing of personal data constitutes any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
The computer systems and software procedures used for the correct functioning of the Site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the navigation of the websites. This information is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties; however, by their very nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified. These include the IP addresses or the names of the computers used by Users who connect to the Site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server and other parameters relating to the operating system and the IT platform used by the User. The above data is used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning. The User’s Personal Data may be used for defence by the Owner in court or in the stages leading to its eventual establishment, from abuses in the use of the same or related services by the User. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site.
Data provided voluntarily by Users / visitors
If Users / visitors, connecting to this site, send their personal data to access certain services, or to make requests via e-mail, this involves the acquisition by Genia Consulting Service srl of the sender’s address and / or any other personal data that will be processed exclusively to respond to the request.
The personal data provided by Users / visitors will be disclosed to third parties only if the communication is necessary to comply with the requests of the Users / visitors themselves.
In addition to the automatically collected data, we also process the data provided by you. Below is an example but not exhaustive list:
- Your contact details, including company name and VAT number or for natural persons, name and surname and address (to be indicated in the invoice and contact details for the shipment of the goods), e-mail address and fax, website and date of birth, your telephone number or mobile phone number of natural persons, if there is a need to ask you questions or for any requests for information regarding your order;
- Other information necessary to process your order: for example, information on the products you have ordered, payment information and if you have already contacted customer service, related information and history of these contacts.
The common feature of all these data is that they have been provided by you. This information will be used for the purposes described in this information statement. You have the right to rectify your personal data at any time or to prevent it being processed.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS OF DATA PROCESSING
This site collects User data in an automated manner.
During User browsing, the following information may be collected and stored in the site’s server (hosting) log files:
– internet protocol address (IP);
– type of browser;
– parameters of the device used to connect to the site;
– name of the internet service provider (ISP);
– date and time of visit;
– web page of origin of the visitor (referral) and exit;

If you have disclosed your personal data when buying a product, we will inform you about similar products and services. Eventually we will contact you after the sale of a product or service to find out what you think. In case of interruption of a sale operation, we will send you an e-mail to notify you. Personal data will be processed for the following purposes:
- functional to the fulfilment of legal obligations, regulations or required by EU legislation;
- execution of the contract or to fulfil, before the execution of the contract, your specific requests in relation to the marketing and import / export of articles and decorations for events.
- management of customers and any purchase orders and related administrative activities, with related processing, in compliance with current legislation on the subject, invoicing and shipping.
- relating to the performance of activities aimed at developing market studies and research, carrying out direct sales activities, for sending commercial information, as well as for sending advertising / informative material, carried out in the ” traditional ” (by way of example, paper mail and / or call with operator) or through ” automated “contact systems pursuant to art. 130, c. 1 and 2, Privacy Code and regulation (EU) 2016/679. - relating to the performance, by third parties, commercial partners, to which Genia Consulting may communicate / transfer the acquired data, for the performance of activities aimed at the elaboration of studies and market research, for the fulfilment of direct sales activities or product placement, for the sending of commercial information, including interactive ones, as well as for the sending of advertising / informative material, carried out using “traditional” methods (by way of example, paper mail and / or call with operator) or through systems “Automated” contact pursuant to art. 130, c. 1 and 2, Privacy Code “and of the regulation (EU) 2016/679;
- management of litigation (contractual breaches, warnings, transactions, credit recovery, arbitration, judicial disputes)
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA: MANDATORY CONSENT AND OPTIONAL CONSENT
Consent to the processing of personal data is allowed only with the freely given consent of the interested parties who must be informed and consent must be expressed in a specific form and documented in writing. The interested party is free to provide personal data requested from time to time; failure to do so, partially or incorrectly, could make it impossible to provide the requested services (Article 7 of the GDPR). The acquisition of consent to the processing of personal data is necessary for all the processes indicated above and either connected and / or necessary to fulfil legal obligations, to Community legislation, to perform obligations deriving from a contract to which the interested party is a party or to fulfil, before the conclusion of the contract, specific requests of the latter (purposes: points 1-2-3-4).
The consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes referred to in points 5-6 is optional and may be revoked at any time in the manner described in the “Rights of the interested party” section of this report. Any refusal by the interested party to respond for points 5 and 6 will make it impossible for us to send advertising material and carry out promotional activities.

METHOD OF PROCESSING AND PERIOD OF STORAGE
Regarding navigation data, the processing will be carried out in an automated and manual form, with methods and tools aimed at guaranteeing maximum security and confidentiality.
In compliance with the provisions of art. 5 paragraph 1 letter. e) of EU Regulation 2016/679, the personal data collected will be stored in a form that allows identification of the data subjects for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which the personal data are processed or for the time strictly necessary for fulfilment of legal obligations.
With regard to the data provided voluntarily, subject to your explicit consent, we can contact you via the contact details provided by you (by ordinary mail, e-mail or other electronic means) for marketing, advertising purposes. This will be, for example, information on products, e-commerce activities, special offers, promotional initiatives, or on the opening of Genia Consulting – Dream On Event stores in your area and on their activities, as well as happenings and organized events by the Owners. To be able to communicate information of your interest, data on your interaction with Genia Consulting Service will be combined, analysed and used: e.g., your purchases in Dream On physical stores, your participation in loyalty programs, your evaluations and product reviews, the history of your customer service contacts, what you clicked / opened from the newsletter, the types of newsletters you requested to receive, your participation in promotions or events. Contact data to third parties for marketing, advertising and opinion polling purposes. In the Rights of the Interested Partiessection of the interested party, you can read information about your rights, for example on how to withdraw your consent or how to correct your personal data.
Personal data are processed with paper, IT, telematic and automated tools including profiling (Article 22 GDPR); Profiling can take place using individual or identifying data (eg personal data), or aggregated data deriving from individual personal data and all in compliance with the guarantees of confidentiality and security measures provided for by current legislation, with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
The data retention period is linked to the purpose of the processing in progress. Genia Consulting Service will not retain personal information any longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which such information was processed, including the security of our processing procedure in accordance with regulatory and legal obligations (e.g. control, accounting and terms of legal retention), the management of disputes and for the determination, practice or defence of legal rights in those countries in which we conduct business.
Disclosure of information
One of our fundamental principles is our commitment to treat your data with caution and confidentiality. We will never sell your data to third parties. Your data may be disclosed to third parties only in the event that the law requires it and under the condition that it is permitted by the laws in force.
It is possible that we use service providers and data processors who work on behalf of Genia Consulting. They are operators that provide hosting and maintenance services, analysis services, e-mail messaging services, delivery services, payment management, etc. These third parties are allowed access to those personal data they need for the purposes of their specific services.
POSSIBLE RECIPIENTS AND POSSIBLE CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS OF THE PERSONAL DATA

Personal data may also be known by employees, self-employed, project-based, occasional workers, consultants, temporary workers, collaborators of Genia Consulting Service who have been specifically appointed / designated as Data Processors or Persons in charge. Accounting and billing staff; those involved in the marketing of goods / services; agents and representatives;
The above data may be transferred and communicated to the category of subjects indicated below: companies operating in the transport sector, our suppliers, our affiliates, Poste Italiane (Italian Postal service) and other mail delivery companies.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND / OR AN INTERNATIONAL ORGANIZATION
User’s personal data will not be transferred to a third country outside the European Union or to International Organizations.
RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES
You can assert your rights as expressed in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by contacting the Data Controller. You have the right to obtain, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the correction or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns you or to oppose the processing. Interested parties who believe that the processing of their personal data through this site is in violation of the provisions of the Regulations have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by art. 77 of the Regulation itself, or to take appropriate judicial offices (Article 79 of the Regulation).
Genia Consulting Service reminds the interested party that, pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, Legislative Decree 196/03 and of the 2016/679 regulation, it is possible, at any time, to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the data and to know its content and origin as well as the logic on which bases the processing, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or correction.
Pursuant to the same article, the interested party has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, to their processing.
For processing related to direct marketing (in “traditional” and “automated” form) it will always be possible to revoke the consent and exercise the right to object. The opposition, in the absence of any indication to the contrary, will refer to both traditional and automated communications. Right to ask for information
You have the right to receive at any time information on the personal data stored concerning you, on their origin and on the recipients, as well as on the purposes for which they were stored. The subjects to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating (art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and regulation 2016/679).
Right of rectification
You have the right to rectify, integrate, update, delete your personal data stored or to have their storage blocked. We will notify you within four weeks of receiving your request whether, and if so, to what extent we will comply with your request. If, for some reason, we are not able to satisfy your request, we will inform you of the reasons (Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196/03 and Article 12 and 16 GDPR).
Protection of the personal data of minors
Protecting the personal data of minors is of utmost importance. Genia Consulting Service is aware of its obligation to protect the privacy of minors, and refuses to collect data from minors under the age of 16. We invite parents and other guardians to surf the Internet and send e-mails together with their children and to use the Internet responsibly.
If a child under the age of 16 tries to provide information relating to his / her data from the beginning, he / she must seek the consent of the parent. The data sent by the minor, or which in any case concern him/her, detected during his/her visit (eg through cookies) can be used as described above.
If a child under 16 tries to send his / her data via the card / form, this will be rejected, with the communication that such requests are not accepted from children under 16. For this reason, we ask that parents and other guardians verify and monitor the use of the Internet by minors, for their safety (Article 8 of the GDPR).

Under a specific agreement, Google Inc. is prohibited from crossing such data with those obtained from other services.

Platform, owned by Google, for sharing videos. Cookies are set upon login of the page containing the embed, and at the start of the video, and do not allow identification of the User unless he is already logged into the Google profile. For the videos on the site, the “advanced privacy (no cookie)” option has been activated which ensures that YouTube does not store information about visitors unless they voluntarily reproduce the video. Collected data: number and behavior of Users of the service, IP address, information linking visits to the site to the Google account for Users already logged in, preferences for viewing videos.
Social Network Plugin
This site also incorporates plugins and / or buttons in order to allow easy sharing of content on your favourite social networks. When you visit a page of our website that contains a plugin, your browser connects directly to the servers of the social network from which the plugin is loaded, which server can track your visit to our website and, if necessary, associate it to your social media account, in particular if you are logged in at the time of the visit or if you have recently surfed on one of the websites containing social plugins. If you do not want the social network to record the data relating to your visit to our website, you must log out of your social network account and, probably, delete the cookies that the social network has installed in your browser.
